Shipping & returns

For individuals

The prices of the products in this website include VAT. After completing the order at the check-out, the shipping costs will be calculated. Orders are only delivered when the payment procedure has been completed succesfully.

For retailers (Business-to-Business)

Museums and retailers (or other resellers) can access our wholesale through the separate login on our homepage, subject to a VAT number and screening by Lanzfeld BV. In the retailers section the wholesale prices are visible and these are exclusive of VAT.

To request a code, click on 'Register as a retailer' at the top right or send an email to [email protected] and provide your company details and VAT number. Once you are registered, you can order from us with reservation.

Safe payment system

This website uses MultiSafepay as a payment system. We accept payments via iDEAL, Visa / MasterCard, Maestro, Paypal and MisterCash. It is also possible to pay your order by bank transfer and to order cash on delivery.

Delivery times

The Museum-webshop (Lanzfeld Editions) ships orders as quickly as possible, in 95% of cases within 1 working day. If part of the order is not available, there will be a subsequent delivery. If you want to receive certain products urgently, please let us know in time, we will do everything possible to serve you. If there is a delay with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

During the Christmas Holidays your order will be send after 1dst of January.

Shipping costs

For cunsumers: The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, the volume and the delivery address. Lanzfeld collaborates with DPD, DHL, PostNL and TNT-Express, Fedex to guarantee you the best service and rates. The exact amount of shipping costs will be shown at the end of the ordering process.

 

For retail clients: The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, the volume and the delivery address. Lanzfeld collaborates with DPD, DHL, PostNL and TNT-Express, Fedex to guarantee you the best service and rates. The amount of shipping costs will be shown at the end of the ordering process. However we will re-calculate the exact amount of shipment after we have picked the complete order and we will adjust the shipment costs to the amount of the exact cost calculated by the courier companies. This is because rates can change on a daily bases due to Covid or other faculties.

Between Christmas and New Year's Eve: It is possible that the order will be shipped / delivered.

Status of your order

When the order has been placed, you will automatically receive an email with the confirmation. If you do not receive this, your order may not have been completed correctly. Please contact us: send an e-mail to [email protected] or call us at  +31 883366990

After sending the order you will receive an invoice via the email from [email protected]

Returns

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. For the return of the order, the return costs are for your account. After receiving your return we will credit the amount within 14 days. To return you must fill in and send the 'withdrawal' form, which you will find under the general conditions, click here for the general conditions.

The entrepreneur reimburses all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
