What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, the volume and the delivery address. Lanzfeld collaborates with DPD, DHL, TNT Post and TNT-Express to guarantee you the best service and rates. The exact amount of shipping costs will be shown at the end of the ordering process.

 

Can I also collect my order myself?

This is possible by appointment at our office in Delft, please contact us. We can be reached by phone at + 31 (0) 88 33 66 990, you can also reach us by email at [email protected]l. The address provided is not a shop address!

 

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we offer international delivery. Delivery and costs depend on the country and are calculated at the end of the ordering process.
We are an international company and our sales representatives speak the following languages: English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish.

 

Can I return my order?

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging. For the return of the order, the return costs are for your account. After receiving your return we will credit the amount within 14 days. Where can I go with my complaint?

It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us: by phone + 31 (0) 88 33 66 990, or by email via [email protected]. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk to which the MuseumWebshop is affiliated.
