-How can I order in the Museum webshop as a private individual?
You can order items in the Museum webshop by adding these items to your shopping cart. Then you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right and complete the order by filling in all your details. After payment we will send your order as soon as possible.
-How can I order in the B2B Museum webshop as a Museum/retailer?
As a Museum or reseller, you can order in the Museum webshop via B2B.museum-webshop.com by clicking on B2B at the top right. You will then enter the B2B site and there you can request an account/log in with your account. After logging in, you will see the retail prices and you can order on account.
-Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we offer international delivery. The delivery and costs depend on the country and are calculated at the end of the ordering process.
-How high are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the shipment, the volume and the delivery address. Lanzfeld works together with Sendcloud, DPD, DHL, Post NL, Fedex en TNT-Express to guarantee you the best service and rates. The exact amount of shipping costs is shown at the end of the ordering process.
-When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped after receiving your payment. We try to ship it out the same day or else within 3 working days. You will receive the tracking information by e-mail.
Can I also pick up my order myself?

-Where can I go with my complaint?
It is of course annoying if you have a complaint about the service as you have experienced it. However, we kindly request that you pass on your complaint to us: by telephone + 31 (0) 88 33 66 990, or by email via [email protected]. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt; if it takes more time, we will inform you of this. If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which the MuseumWebshop is affiliated. If the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution for any reason, you can submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
-Can I return my order?
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the moment of return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. The return costs for returning the order are at your expense. After receipt of your return, we will credit the amount within 14 days.
